With over 10 years of experience in residential childcare, Amy has worked her way up to Registered Manager before stepping into her current role as Trainer at Gracebridge Care. 

After welcoming her son, Amy wanted a role where she could still make a big impact while balancing family life. Now, she delivers face-to-face, online, and written training for our teams - helping them grow in confidence, skills, and passion.

At Gracebridge, we've supported Amy in gaining further qualifications such as her Level 3 in Education & Training and Train the Trainer in Ligature Awareness & Prevention.
